Mahonia Aquifolium (Berberis) - a member of the barberry family of plants, it occurs naturally in the Pacific states of NW America. The plant has holly-like leaves and produces blue edible berries. The bark of the root, the stems and the branch tips contain a variety of alkaloids that have valuable therapeutic properties.

Siberian Seabuckthorn - The fruit of the Siberian Seabuckthorn bush contains a wealth of nutrients. There are water-soluble nutrients such as polysaccharides, vitamins, folic acid, alpha hydroxy acids and trace minerals. There are also oil-soluble nutrients such as a high concentration of Retinol (vitamin A), which is vital in protecting our bodies from the harmful effects of free radicals.

The fruit is rich in vitamin E, which preserves Retinol over time. Unsaturated fatty acids are vital in preventing dryness of the skin. In total, no less than 23 different components are found in the oily extract. Among them are phytosterols (which combat collagen depletion) and natural oils which contribute to the exceptional richness of this plant extract.

Burdock Root (Arctium Lappa) - stimulates circulation and is rich in trace minerals and Vitamins B and E.

Lithospermum - the reddish extract from the root of this Far Eastern plant has excellent soothing qualities.

Soya Whey - rich in vegetable proteins. Helps soften and refine the skin.
