INTERNATIONAL PSORIASIS TREATMENT CENTRE 

Under the supervision of the Dermatological Department of the Hadassah Hospital, Jerusalem. 

PSORIASIS B TREATMENT INCLUDES : 

• Medical check-up upon arrival by the Dermatologist
• Medical check-up twice weekly or more if needed by IPTC Dermatologist
• Daily nurse treatment (scalp treatment with Dead Sea ointments)
• Nurse on duty at hotels
• Ointments up to cost of $30 per week.*
• Final examination before departure and medical report signed by the attending Dermatologist.

* Psoriasis C treatment is available on request and includes all treatment as listed for Psoriasis B but offers unlimited ointments as prescribed by the dermatologist (recommended for 50%+ coverage)  –  please add : 
2 weeks - £40; 3 weeks - £55; 4 weeks - £60, and state clearly that Psoriasis C treatment is required on the booking form.

PLEASE NOTE:  The average length of remission when taking the Psoriasis B treatment is eight and a half months compared to 4-5 months without treatment, but this may vary between patients. 

Arad, lying in the Dead Sea region, offers a hot, dry climate at the lowest point on earth.  As a result the air contains 10% more oxygen, making breathing easier.  Together with the high amount of bromide in the air, inducing relaxation, it makes Arad a wonderful place for Asthmatics and all those with respiratory problems.

The Dead Sea waters, rich in natural minerals (magnesium, potassium) together with the relaxing effects of bromide in the air and the special radiation of the UVA sun rays are all very important factors in the treatment of arthritis and rheumatism. 

Treatment includes:

• Medical check-up once a week at the Sanus Centre on the Dead Sea.
• Nurse treatment, as needed.
• Treatments as prescribed by physician including physiotherapy treatment 3 times a week.
• Hot mud package 3 times a week.
• Medicines and ointments up to the cost of $10 per week.
• Use of hotel solarium, with special blanket for increase of radiation of the sun.
• Use of Dead Sea water pool at hotel (except at Tsell Harim).
